International Orders & Customs Compliance While we proudly offer international shipping for our seeds and garden supplies, customers outside the United States are fully responsible for understanding their local country’s agricultural restrictions, import laws, and phytosanitary requirements. The customer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. TheSeedslab has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any seeds or products confiscated, destroyed, or delayed by your country's customs office or agricultural agencies.
4. Seed Quality and Performance All seeds offered in our shop are rigorously sourced and tested to ensure high germination rates. We guarantee that, when provided with the correct growing conditions, our seeds will perform beautifully. However, because seeds are living organisms, their successful growth is highly dependent on factors outside our control, including weather, soil quality, lighting, and proper horticultural care. Your results will vary based on your local microclimate and gardening practices.
5. Returns & Refunds Your satisfaction is highly important to us. Unopened, sealed seed packets and unused garden supplies may be returned within our designated return windows. Please refer to our dedicated Return & Refund Policy page for detailed instructions, eligible timeframes (such as our 60-day hard goods return window and germination guarantees), and our official returns warehouse address.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability Except as expressly provided in these Terms, the Site and all products sold through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, and non-infringement. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration In the event of a dispute arising under or relating to these Terms, either party may elect to finally and exclusively resolve the dispute by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). Any election to arbitrate, at any time, shall be final and binding on the other party. IF EITHER PARTY CHOOSES ARBITRATION, NEITHER PARTY SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE SUCH CLAIM IN COURT OR TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
10. Waiver of Class Action You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action-basis. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST US ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
