Shipping & Delivery Policy
At TheSeedslab, we strive to ensure that your premium seeds and gardening supplies reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policies carefully to understand our processing times, shipping methods, and your responsibilities regarding international orders.
1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1 to 3 business days from the time of purchase.

Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations & Agricultural Customs We proudly ship our seeds and garden supplies both domestically within the United States and to select international destinations.

Important Note for International Seed Orders: Due to the complexity of global agricultural regulations, phytosanitary requirements, and customs duties, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify local import laws before ordering seeds. TheSeedslab is not responsible or liable for any seeds that are delayed, rejected, or confiscated by your country's customs or agricultural departments.
3. Shipping Methods, Transit Times, and Costs We partner with reliable carriers, including USPS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days after processing.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days after processing (subject to customs clearance delays).

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your exact destination. You will be able to review the exact shipping cost before finalizing your payment.
4. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees For all orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is acting as the importer of record. Customers are fully responsible for paying any additional import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees levied by their local government upon arrival. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
5. Order Modifications & Address Changes Because our nursery team works quickly to fulfill orders, we can only accept cancellations or address changes within four (4) hours of placing your order. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately at service@theseedslab.com with your Order Number and the correct address. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot change the destination or cancel the order. Additionally, separate orders cannot be combined into a single shipment once they have been placed.
6. Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a “Track Your Order” link as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking events.
7. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your gardening supplies or seed packets arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email service@theseedslab.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and products so we can assist you with a replacement.

Lost Packages: Shipping carriers may occasionally experience seasonal delays. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we ask that you first check with your neighbors, household members, and your local post office. If the package still cannot be located, please contact us for further investigation.
