  • Express Checkout Options: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. (Note: All available payment methods are clearly displayed at the bottom of our website and during the checkout process.)

2. Transaction Currency All prices listed on our website are processed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are shopping from outside the United States, your credit card company or bank will automatically convert the transaction amount to your local currency based on their current exchange rates. Please be aware that your financial institution may charge additional international transaction fees, which are outside of our control.

3. Payment Processing and Billing To ensure the prompt processing and packing of your orders, your selected payment method will be charged immediately upon order placement. You will receive an electronic order confirmation receipt via email once the payment has been successfully authorized and captured by our system.

4. Order Verification and Security (AVS) For your protection and ours, all transactions are subject to rigorous fraud-prevention checks. The billing address and zip/postal code you enter during checkout must perfectly match the information registered with your credit card issuer (Address Verification System - AVS). Andrii Shop LLC (TheSeedslab) reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refund any orders that fail our security verifications or are flagged by our payment gateway as potentially fraudulent.

  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any hidden checkout fees. You will only be billed for the products ordered, applicable shipping costs, and mandatory taxes clearly shown before you click "Pay."

  • Domestic Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your specific shipping destination within the United States.

  • International Duties: As stated in our Shipping Policy, international customers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their respective local governments upon arrival.

Billing Inquiries & Disputes If you believe there has been a billing error, or if you have questions regarding a charge on your credit card statement from "TheSeedslab" or "Andrii Shop LLC," please reach out to our support team immediately at service@theseedslab.com before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal.
