Seed Quality & Product Info

Q: Are your seeds organic or GMO? A: We are firmly committed to providing high-quality, open-pollinated, non-GMO, and untreated seeds. While not all of our seeds are certified organic (to save our small-scale growers from bureaucratic certification costs), we partner exclusively with growers who prioritize sustainable, natural farming practices.

Q: How many seeds do I get with my purchase? A: Seed counts vary depending on the plant variety and the physical size of the seeds. You can find the estimated minimum seed count clearly listed in the product description of every item on our website.

Ordering & Payment

Q: Why isn't my payment going through? A: Transaction failures most commonly happen due to an Address Verification System (AVS) error. This means the billing address or zip code entered does not exactly match the one registered to your credit card. Please double-check your billing details.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? A: Because our nursery team works quickly to process and pack your seeds, order cancellations or address modifications can only be accommodated within four (4) hours of placing your order. Please email us immediately at service@theseedslab.com to request a change.

Shipping & International Orders

Q: Do you ship internationally? Are there limits? A: Yes, we proudly ship worldwide. However, due to strict agricultural customs regulations and the fact that we do not provide bulk Phytosanitary Certificates for standard consumer retail orders, we recommend keeping international orders to a reasonable personal-use size. Note: International customers are fully responsible for verifying their local import laws and paying any customs duties.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. International shipping generally takes between 10 to 20 business days, depending on customs clearance in your country.

Q: How can I track my package? A: Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Returns & Guarantees

Q: What is your return policy? A: For safety and agricultural compliance, we do not accept physical returns on opened seed packets or live products. However, you may return unopened, completely sealed seed packets within 30 days of delivery. Physical garden supplies and hard goods (unused and in original packaging) can be returned within 60 days. Q: What if my seeds don't germinate? A: We stand by the quality of our products. If you strictly follow our planting instructions but experience a zero or unusually low germination rate, we offer a 90-Day Germination Guarantee. Contact us with details and photos of your setup, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit.
